**Love Is Blind: Boston placed second among US shows and East of Eden was the second-ranked global show.**

Netflix released its weekly ranking data on Wednesday, 21 October. The charts covered both shows and movies in the United States and worldwide. Three titles occupied the second-place slots in their respective categories.

Doing Life secured the second position on the global movie list. The film trailed only the top-ranked title in worldwide viewership. Its placement reflected strong international interest during the week.

In The United States, Love Is Blind: Boston ranked second among all Netflix shows. The series followed the leading program in domestic streaming numbers. Its performance highlighted continued audience engagement with the franchise.

East of Eden: limited Series achieved the second spot on the global show ranking. It was positioned just behind the worldwide leader in series viewership.

## Analysis

Doing Life's rise to the second-most-watched movie globally suggests that audiences are responding to content that blends personal storytelling with broader themes, a pattern that may encourage Netflix to invest in similar projects.

East of Eden's placement as the second-ranked global series demonstrates the reach of limited-series formats beyond their home territories, pointing to a strategy of developing narrative-driven content that can attract viewers worldwide despite stiff competition.
